SDG1000X Series — Dual-channel Function / Arbitrary Waveform Generators
Dual-channel function/arbitrary waveform generator platform for education, embedded development, analog stimulus and automated test. The active models cover 30 MHz and 60 MHz, with 150 MSa/s sampling, 14-bit vertical resolution, 16 kpts waveform length, EasyPulse, TrueArb and comprehensive modulation.
| Model | Max Output Frequency | Channels | Sample Rate | Vertical Resolution | Waveform Length |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| SDG1032X | 30 MHz | 2 CH | 150 MSa/s | 14-bit | 16 kpts |
| SDG1062X | 60 MHz | 2 CH | 150 MSa/s | 14-bit | 16 kpts |
Key Features
Dual-channel 30 / 60 MHz Signal Generation
SDG1032X and SDG1062X provide two independent output channels with up to 20 Vpp amplitude for general-purpose lab stimulus, control-loop testing and automated production fixtures.
150 MSa/s, 14-bit Architecture
The 150 MSa/s sampling rate and 14-bit vertical resolution support cleaner sine, square, pulse and arbitrary waveform output than basic low-resolution entry generators.
EasyPulse Low-jitter Pulse Generation
EasyPulse improves pulse waveform generation with precise pulse width and rise/fall adjustment, avoiding common DDS pulse jitter limitations.
TrueArb Point-by-point Arbitrary Output
TrueArb supports user-defined waveforms from 2 to 16 kpts with user-defined sample rates from 1 μSa/s to 30 MSa/s for accurate waveform reconstruction.
Modulation, Sweep, Burst and Harmonics
AM, DSB-AM, FM, PM, FSK, ASK, PSK, PWM, sweep, burst, harmonics generation and waveform combining give the SDG1000X useful flexibility for teaching and engineering validation.
Remote Control and Bench Integration
USB Host, USB Device and LAN interfaces support PC-controlled waveform generation using standard remote-control workflows, with optional GPIB conversion when required.
